Rick Van Houten has spent more than 26 years working in mortgage origination and underwriting. He has been involved in all areas of the mortgage process, including sales, underwriting, and servicing. In his role as VP/Residential & Consumer Lender, he strives to guide his customers through the loan process from start to finish. Rick is a member of the Delaware County Board of Realtors.

He was born and raised in Mt. Gilead, Ohio, and is married with three children.
