Get Started

You can enroll in online banking by using the mobile banking app. Your mobile banking username and password will be the same as those for online banking.

For mobile browser access, text message banking, and mobile alerts, you must enroll through online banking.

  • Log in to online banking
  • Select “Profile”
  • Select “Mobile Banking”
  • Select “SIGN UP”

You can download the FCNB mobile app through online banking or by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play directly.

  • Available to customers with an existing First Citizens National Bank checking account**
  • Save time, avoid unnecessary trips to a branch
  • Deposit your check in just a few quick clicks:
    • Select the checking account into which you want to make the deposit
    • Enter the check amount
    • Take a picture of the front and back of your check, following the on-screen instructions (make sure you sign it with your signature and “mobile deposit”)
    • Verify that everything on the screen is correct, then click “Submit”
    • We’ll confirm that the check has been received
