The First Citizens National Bank is proud to announce that Frank Reinhard, Chief Lending Officer, has been elected to serve on the Bank’s Board of Directors. In this new role, Frank will contribute his expertise in community banking and commercial lending to support the mission and strategic direction of FCNB.

Frank Reinhard was recently appointed Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President to serve on the Executive Management Team for The First Citizens National Bank. In this role, he oversees all lending activities, Business Development and Marketing. In his 25-year career as a commercial banker, Reinhard has been often recognized for his leadership and business expertise, including being named SBA Lender of the Year, and receiving a lifetime achievement award from the Delaware Chamber of Commerce. Reinhard joined the Bank in 2021.
Reinhard is a native of Delaware, Ohio. His community involvement includes serving as Board Chair for the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce and the Delaware County Fair Board. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Delaware County Finance Authority and is a board member and president of the Delaware Rotary Club. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
