Douglas Kelly began his banking career in 1989 and has been at First Citizens since 2017. He is a community-minded banker who prioritizes personal service and open communication. Doug has extensive experience in Commercial and Agricultural Banking and takes pride in partnering with his clients to achieve their financial goals.

Doug has a BA of Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in Finance from University of Findlay. He is also a graduate of the Agricultural School of Banking, Ohio School of Banking, and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
