Starting April 6, 2026, FCNB is making some updates to make banking more accessible through expanded hours and more services for our customers.
We’re expanding the hours you can bank with us.
You can now bank with a live team member of our Customer Support Specialist Team for additional extended hours beyond our traditional lobby hours.
We’re upgrading our drive-up lanes to Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
This gives you more options, extended hours, more locations, and a consistent experience to bank with us.
Saturday support will be provided exclusively through our Customer Support Specialist (CSS) team via phone and ITM—ensuring you have access to expert help without visiting a branch.
Our branch lobbies will not be open on Saturdays, and all banking will be provided through the CSS department.
Our goal: more hours, more convenience, and more consistency for customers.
An ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) lets you bank with a live First Citizens National Bank Customer Support Specialist by video—right from your vehicle. You can also use it as a full service ATM for quick self service transactions.
Yes, with our implementation of ITMs, our Customer Support Specialist team and our new extended hours for them (Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.,) you can bank at your branch at least 17% more hours during the week. Some of our branches will see an 83% increase in available banking hours!

Not at all! Our drive up traffic is transitioning to ITMs so you can get flexible service. You’ll still pull up just like you do today, and you’ll be able to work with a live Customer Support Specialist who can help you with almost anything a lobby Customer Service Representative can do-- just touch the screen to get started! Additionally, we have increased your self-service options through the ITMs that will let you pick the denominations you want and withdraw larger amounts of cash than you previously could. You can do self-service tasks without our Customer Support Specialist team and it’s extremely fast and easy. Though, if you prefer to work with our Customer Support Specialist team during Live Banker hours, just touch the screen and you’ll be connected.
Yes, it is true you will not be able to walk into our lobbies on Saturdays. Our Saturday support will be handled by our Customer Support Specialist team via the phone and ITMs. They will be able to handle much of your typical in-lobby banking needs via phone and ITMs, plus, you will be able to bank longer hours during the week.

Yes, our Customer Support Specialist Team consists of our local FCNB employees located in our facilities. This team is trained to our high standards, and our Customer Support Specialists are ready to support you. You’ll even see some of the same faces you have come to know from your in-lobby banking. You can count on a team of local people ready to serve you – not an outsourced team, or AI-generated.
Not at all! Our Customer Service Representatives are still here to serve you in the lobby, just as they always have been. The team will also be at the ready to serve you more hours during the week via our Customer Support Specialist team and ITMs.
We’ve shifted our focus to offering longer weekday support and more convenient ITM service so you can bank earlier, later, and on Saturdays—all without needing a lobby to be open. We’re still here to support you on Saturdays, plus longer weekday hours.

You can make your cash deposit through the ITM! Our Customer Support Specialists can handle large deposits, and your funds will be processed safely and securely.
No! Our Customer Support Specialists can verify your identity using a driver’s license. That is all you will need to conduct an ITM transaction with our team. You will need a debit or ATM card to use the machine to conduct an ATM withdrawal.
No problem! We can verify your identity using your driver’s license, an encrypted on screen keypad, or your debit card.
Yes! When a Customer Support Specialist assists you, your deposit posts just as quickly as if you were inside the branch.
No! The ITM creates a virtual deposit slip. If you bring a paper slip, you can insert it—but it isn’t required.
Absolutely! Our ITM lanes work exactly like a drive thru—you just pull up, touch the screen and a live Customer Support Specialist will help you.
Safe deposit boxes will be available Monday through Friday during normal lobby hours. If you need access, just stop in during the week—we’ll be glad to help! Our weekday lobby hours aren’t changing at any of our branch locations.
Change orders involving coin can be done Monday–Friday in the lobby. On Saturdays, our ITMs are here for deposits, withdrawals, and many other services, but change orders with coin aren’t available on Saturday. Cash change orders can be done via the ITM but can only be dispensed in $1, $5, $20 and $100 denominations.
This is exactly why we expanded ITM hours! You can talk with a live Customer Support Specialist earlier and later in the day, and of course, on Saturdays, too.

No, using the ITM costs nothing – the same as visiting our lobby or traditional drive thru.
Yes! Your conversation and information at an ITM are protected with the same safeguards as an in branch teller window. You can adjust the on screen volume and use chat for added privacy.
Yes! The ITM can print a receipt and include images of deposited checks.
No, at this time withdrawals of more than $3,000 will need to be done via the lobby during business hours.
The ATM limit is $1,000 per day.
Yes! That gives you up to $4,000 total in a single day.
You can find our ITMs at our locations in Carey, Delaware, Marion Eastlawn, Marion Delaware, Nevada, Upper Sandusky (Main Office), Upper Sandusky (Wyandot Avenue), Upper Sandusky (Drug Mart Plaza -offsite ITM), and Powell!
Most account opening is handled in the lobby Monday–Friday. On Saturdays, our Customer Support Specialist team will be able to open new personal accounts for existing customers via phone service and e-sign capabilities. New business accounts or any personal accounts involving one or more new FCNB customers will be completed during lobby hours.
Loan closings must be done during weekday lobby hours. Mortgage applications can be started online at any time, including Saturdays. If you call in on a Saturday, our Customer Support Specialist team will be happy to put in a contact request for your local branch to contact you.
Checks can be ordered by speaking with our Customer Support Specialist any time (including Saturdays), in lobby during the week, or online anytime at www.firstcitizensnational.com or www.deluxe.com. Money orders and cashier’s check services are available Monday–Friday in the lobby.
Signature guarantee and notary require an in person visit during lobby hours.
Our Customer Support Specialist team can help review the issue and, in the event of verified fraud, can turn off your debit card and get the dispute process started for you.
