IT Technician -Part-Time (Main Office)

The role of the IT Technician is essential in ensuring the Bank’s technology infrastructure operates efficiently and securely. The IT Technician is responsible for helping to diagnose and resolve issues with the Bank’s computer hardware and software in addition to assisting users with technical problems, either in person, remotely, or over the phone. The IT Manager may delegate any of their duties or portions of their authority to the IT Technician as they deem appropriate.

 

Customer Service Representative -Full Time (Marion Eastlawn)

Provides prompt, tactful, friendly, courteous and efficient customer service in the processing of bank transactions. Responsible for protection of the Bank’s assets through adequate security and fraud prevention measures.

Assistant Branch Manager (Delaware)

To train and supervise the customer service representative (CSR) function with emphasis on good customer service; to ensure accurate and timely handling of window and ATM transactions; to keep staff informed of policies, products and procedures; to emphasize and implement sales referral techniques; to assure adherence to audit policies by monitoring and maintaining audit controls, and responsible for the new accounts area. Involvement in business development, treasury management, and community efforts as needed.

ITM & Customer Support Specialist

Provides prompt, tactful, friendly, courteous and efficient customer service in the processing of bank transactions through video transaction, in real-time, via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and enhanced customer support channels. The Customer Support team services customers in a wide manner of support needs which may include ITM transactions, deposit and loan account inquiries, online/mobile banking, new/maintenance accounts, debit cards, BillPay, P2P payments, etc. through many channels including ITM, phone, chat, video, email, co-browse, etc. Responsible for protection of the Bank’s assets through adequate security and fraud prevention measures, respecting confidentiality of customers. Must embrace change and new technology in order to stay up-to-date with competitors and industry-wide solutions and standards.

Customer Service Representative – Part Time (Upper Sandusky)

Provides prompt, tactful, friendly, courteous and efficient customer service in the processing of bank transactions. Responsible for protection of the Bank’s assets through adequate security and fraud prevention measures.

Business Development/Loan Officer (Powell)

The First Citizens National Bank is looking for an individual to serve as a Business Development/Lending Officer at the Powell Banking Center location.  The individual in this position would be responsible for proactively executing integrated sales, service and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of business customers.  Develop new-to-bank business relationships, as well as cross-marketing/needs fulfillment for existing clients.

Treasury Management Officer (Upper Sandusky)

To provide the overall management and success of the Bank’s Treasury Management Program with prompt, tactful, friendly, courteous and efficient customer service. Responsible for protection of the Bank’s assets through adequate security and fraud prevention measures as related to the Treasury Management Program.
