Pam Workman joined First Citizens National Bank in 2024. She joins FCNB with twenty years of banking industry experience, all of it locally in Marion. Pam is passionate about the work she does, and aims to help her clients achieve their financial goals.

Pam has been a member of the Marion business community for many years.  She currently is involved with the Marion Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Business Council, Marion Rotary, Marion Mentors and Leapin Outreach Center, as well as past involvement in Downtown Marion, Inc., and the United Way.
