Over the years, your needs have changed, and First Citizens National Bank is changing with you.

We’re expanding the hours you can bank with us! In response to your changing needs, we’ve made investments in technology, and that commitment to service makes it possible to offer you enhanced support hours.

Our drive-up lanes are being converted to be serviced solely by our local FCNB Customer Support Specialist team via Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). Due to the expansive services that can be provided through our ITMs and Customer Support Specialist team, our branch lobbies will not be open on Saturdays. With these changes, we’re able to offer you more banking hours each week—right when you need them.

Starting April 6, 2026, the following changes will take effect:

Extended ITM Live Banker Hours
Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 8 AM – Noon

Extended Customer Support Phone Hours
Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 8 AM – Noon

Branch Lobbies
Support will be available each Saturday 8:00AM – 12:00PM through our Customer Support Specialist team via phone and ITM channels, giving you continued access to the expert help of our local team. Our branch lobbies will not be open on Saturdays. Our Monday – Friday branch lobby hours remain unchanged.
