COVID-19 Response

To Our Valued First Citizens Customer,

For the health of our employees, customers and communities we are temporarily suspending walk-in lobby transactions and moving to drive-thru service only at all of our locations beginning Friday, March 20th, 2020.

 

Our personnel will be available during normal business hours to assist customers by appointment, for additional services as needed such as new deposit and loan applications, deposit box access and financial investment services.  Please call your local branch to schedule an appointment.  As always, contact your business relationship manager directly with any questions.

 

We encourage you to take advantage of our digital suite of products, ATM network, telebanking and other self-service banking options.  You will continue to have full access to your accounts and be assured your money is safe and sound.
