    Online Banking gives you the ability to:

    1. View account balances on deposit and loan accounts

    2. View transactions

    3. Transfer funds between accounts

    4. View Statements

    5. View images of checks

    6. Request stop payments

    7. Export history of transactions to financial software
       

  2. What do I need to use Online Banking?
     
    A personal computer (PC) with an Internet connection is necessary. Online Banking works well on most of today's browsers and must support 128-bit SSL encryption. If you browser does not support these encryption levels, you'll need to update it. 
     

  3. Is it hard to learn? Do I need a training course to use it?
     

    The FCNB Online banking system is designed using web application standards. If you are accustomed to using web applications, you can learn it on your own in a short time. If you need help, call the bank and we will walk you through it.
     

  4. Is it secure?
     
    See our Security Statement. In many ways, using Online banking is more secure than using regular mail.
     

  5. What do I have to do to get started?
     
    Use the “Enroll” link on our web site to give us the necessary information. Your registration instructions and Online PIN will be mailed to you in 2-3 working days.
     

  6. Can I see a demo before I decide to enroll?
     
    Yes, there is a demo link on the Online Banking web site. Feel free to try it as much as you like. Call the bank for questions at 419-294-2351.
     

  7. When I enroll, what do I agree to?
     
    Use the “Agreement” link on the web site to read your obligations as a user of Online Banking. You will see this agreement again before you use the system for the first time. When you register and first start using Online Banking, you are legally accepting this agreement without physically signing any paper contract.
     

  8. Where can I get help?
     
    FCNB will gladly accept calls to help you use the functions of the Online Banking system. However, the bank cannot provide detailed professional advice, instructions, or physical assistance in setting up your personal computer or connecting it to the Internet.
